Lutsenko Pays for His Own Lunch

Sources from "Obozrevatel'" reported that yestoday the personnel at the dining room of the Ministry of Internal Affairs awaited the appearance of the new Minister of Internal Affairs with goodwill. Entering the room, and most probably without giving it another thought, Yuriy Lutsenko took the menu and began reading it, thus shocking the employees of the dining room.

The point is that the previous Minister, Bilokon', "was fed" from a special menu "to order." Put succintly, the ex-Minister did not eat from the common pot. Whether true or not, by ordering that which is prepared for all, Lutsenko dropped an exploding bomb.

But this did not end the new Minister's torment of the staff. Finishing his meal, Lutsenko ..... PAID FOR IT. For the staff, this really took the cake. During the times of Bilokon', paying for your meals was not the habit of the higher echelons of the Ukrainian militia. Possibly this is not so, but after Lutsenko's lunch, not one of the generals entered the dining room.
